Financial Information
Payment Options:
Knowing that treatment of ties is a potentially life-changing procedure and an investment in your child's current and future health, we strive to make the procedure accessible to everyone in a way that is most convenient for them. As part of our commitment to comfortable care, we accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, and check. Payment for all other services is due the day of service, and our friendly team will ensure that the process is as seamless as possible.
What about Insurance?
We are considered out of network with dental and medical insurance companies since we do not have any contracts with them. Across the country, dental insurance companies generally deny the procedure, classifying it as a congenital medical condition. Many medical/health insurance plans will cover at least a portion of the treatment, and if you choose to apply to your insurance for reimbursement, we can provide you with the codes that you will need to submit to do so. Filing the claim is the responsibility of the patient and is not a guarantee that insurance plans will cover the procedure. Please feel free to ask our team if you have any other questions about this process.
